Service Description

Please advise of any allergies or specific dietary requirements on the booking form. Payment via bank transfer is preferred. Please select the manual payment option when booking and send payment to the bank details provided in your confirmation email. Spaces and acommodation are not confirmed until payment is received in full. For group bookings: Please make sure to state how many people are in your party and who the main contact point should be. A separate invoice will be sent for accommodation once the retreat booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 36 hours notice of cancellation for ALL classes. Classes can be cancelled if within the 36hr notification period, either through the membership area of the website or via the Wix booking app. No refunds or class credits will be issued if notification is received outside this timeframe. If classes cancelled within the 36hr timeframe form part of a monthly membership plan, a class credit will be issued. No monetary refunds will be issued in this instance. All class credits issued must still be used within the validity period stated on the original membership plan and are non-transferable.
