This is THE class to take if you wish to: - Reconnect to your powerful, sensual, feminine self. - Build confidence that is permanent . - If you want to gain all the empowering benefits of Pole Dance but without having to do the body lifting/fitness aspect of it. - Meet and dance alongside like minded women in the same boat as you. This class contains NO spins, sits, climbs or aerial tricks, one foot will remain on the floor throughout. So this class is accessible to everyone. This class has a respectful yoga vibe, allowing attendees to go deep within the dance and let go.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 36 hours notice of cancellation for ALL classes. Classes can be cancelled if within the 36hr notification period, either through the membership area of the website or via the Wix booking app. No refunds or class credits will be issued if notification is received outside this timeframe. If classes cancelled within the 36hr timeframe form part of a monthly membership plan, a class credit will be issued. No monetary refunds will be issued in this instance. All class credits issued must still be used within the validity period stated on the original membership plan and are non-transferable.
