Service Description
Mixed ability class suitable for Beginners ( +1) and above. We continue to explore spins, seats, poses, transitions and floorwork with the introduction of more advanced inverts and pole moves. Learn how to effectively combine these elements to create free-flowing combinations and choreography. Classes are structured so that everyone can come and learn . Beginners will work on basic moves & progressions and alternatives are provided for more advanced students. Vibe: Friendly, supportive, challenging. Work at your own pace. What to wear: Pole shorts, vest or crop top/sports bra. Barefoot or Heels: Barefoot.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 36 hours notice of cancellation for ALL classes. Classes can be cancelled if within the 36hr notification period, either through the membership area of the website or via the Wix booking app. No refunds or class credits will be issued if notification is received outside this timeframe. If classes cancelled within the 36hr timeframe form part of a monthly membership plan, a class credit will be issued. No monetary refunds will be issued in this instance. All class credits issued must still be used within the validity period stated on the original membership plan and are non-transferable.
