Service Description
Designed to increase over-all fitness levels, build strength and improve flexibility. We will explore specific static, dynamic & PNF stretching techniques aimed at increasing flexibility in both upper and lower body, as well as working on increasing active flexibility in the lower body & stretching for splits. All levels of fitness and ability welcome! VIBE: Challenging but relaxed. Combining low impact and bodyweight exercises, Yoga flow and H.I.I.T WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts/leggings/vest to/trainers. Please bring warm, comfortable clothes for the stretch section and socks and/or leg-warmers.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 36 hours notice of cancellation for ALL classes. Classes can be cancelled if within the 36hr notification period, either through the membership area of the website or via the Wix booking app. No refunds or class credits will be issued if notification is received outside this timeframe. If classes cancelled within the 36hr timeframe form part of a monthly membership plan, a class credit will be issued. No monetary refunds will be issued in this instance. All class credits issued must still be used within the validity period stated on the original membership plan and are non-transferable.
