Service Description
Whilst upper body will certainly not be over-looked, the main focus of these sessions will be core strength and lower body, targeting legs, bums & tums! HIIT based group fitness class, combining body weight, resistance and kettlebell exercises. Maximum x 6 people per class. Suitable for complete beginners. Enjoy up to 6 weekly classes, over 8 weeks for just £45.00!

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 36 hours notice of cancellation for ALL classes. Classes can be cancelled if within the 36hr notification period, either through the membership area of the website or via the Wix booking app. No refunds or class credits will be issued if notification is received outside this timeframe. If classes cancelled within the 36hr timeframe form part of a monthly membership plan, a class credit will be issued. No monetary refunds will be issued in this instance. All class credits issued must still be used within the validity period stated on the original membership plan and are non-transferable.
